Project Description


The proposed five story building has 3,000 square feet for ground floor commercial uses and 50 residential units on the upper four floors.  A total of 34 parking spaces are included in the project. 

The site is within the Transit Oriented Mid Intensity Mixed Use (TOMIMU) zoning district, and the application was submitted on June 29, 2017.
 

Public Process

This project is a Tier II project under the San Pablo Avenue Specific Plan.


It was approved by the Design Review Board on May 2, 2018.
