10963 San Pablo Avenue, San Pablo Avenue Apartments. This project is at the southwest corner of San Pablo Avenue and Jefferson Street. The proposed five story building has 2,867 square feet of ground floor commercial uses and 50 residential units on the upper four floors. Studio units, one, two and three bedroom units are proposed. A total of 65 parking spaces are included in the project, with 31 one of these being parking lifts. The site is within the TOMIMU zoning district, and the application was submitted on June 29, 2017. The plans for the Tier II project are still under review by City staff.
