Baxter Creek Apartments (11965 San Pablo Avenue)

The proposed project contains 146 dwelling units, and includes 73 automobile parking spaces and 220 long-term bicycle parking spaces. The application was initially submitted on January 19, 2017.

The site lies within the Transit Oriented High Intensity Mixed Use (TOHIMU) zoning district. 

This project is a Tier II project under the San Pablo Avenue Specific Plan. This means it will require action by the Design Review Board.

The entire application is available for review at 10890 San Pablo Avenue, City Hall, during normal business hours. The project planner is Sean Moss, Senior Planner.  The project is application complete. Revisions to the project are expected to be submitted before the project is scheduled for a public hearing.
