Public Process

The project requires Design Review Board approval.

The Design Review Board will consider the preliminary plans on April 6, 2016. The meeting agenda and staff report will be available on the Design Review Board webpage prior to the meeting.
This project is located outside of the San Pablo Avenue Specific Plan area. The purpose of conceptual design review is to allow a community conversation regarding the project and to create an opportunity for the Board members and the applicant to discuss the project’s assets and challenges. After the conceptual Design Review meeting, the applicant may choose to respond to comments received at the meeting and re-submit revised plans for final action by the Design Review Board. Those revised plans and staff report will also be made available when completed on this page.
