Once again, the City will be participating in the National Citizen Survey™ (NCS) this year. NCS is a service offered to municipalities through the International City/County Management Association (ICMA). The survey is a 5-page mail questionnaire that provides a statistically valid survey of resident opinions about community and services provided by local governments in the USA. The survey will be mailed to selected households in February and the results will be presented to the City Council in late Spring. This will be the fifth year the City of El Cerrito has participated in the NCS. Information about previous NCS results are posted online at www.el-cerrito.org/ncs.
