The school year began on Monday, August 22 with the Recreation Department’s Childcare Programs at Harding and Madera School already full with waitlists. Fairmont School’s program is also doing well with lower enrollment due to the free ASES Program that is also offered at that school. Staff is currently working on recruiting additional childcare leaders as well as working with the two schools to secure additional space to meet the demand.
