The loan for the Idaho Apartments (10203 San Pablo Avenue) project closed on December 20, 2017 and the project received its planning approval November 28, 2017. Resources for Community Development submitted a building permit application September 19, 2017 that was issued on January 2, 2018. The rehabilitation of the units is anticipated to finish in early March of 2019. Residents will be temporarily relocated while work is being completed on their units.
