On August 2, 2017, the Design Review Board approved projects at 10192 San Pablo Avenue, 10290 San Pablo Avenue and 11600/11690 San Pablo Avenue (Mayfair Block).

The Design Review Board approved the design of a three unit condominium project at its January meeting. The building will be 5,416 sq. ft. and 3-stories high. Two of the units will consist of four bedrooms, four baths, an office and related dining room, kitchen, and living room. The third unit will be a studio with its own bathroom and kitchen.
 
The proposed project will take the place of an existing single family home at the subject address. The Board originally considered this project at its December meeting. Members noted general support of the project, offering only a few concerns. They suggested a number of minor modifications for the architect to consider and he returned in January with a revised plan set that was approved unanimously.
