On August 17, 2017 at 5:00 p.m., the Zoning Administrator will conduct a public hearing to consider Tier I Design Review and an Administrative Use Permit for development of a 24 Hour Fitness club in the existing retail building located at 10636 San Pablo Avenue (former Safeway building).
