Please note this class is shallow water only. There are only spots for about 10-15 participants. There will be no other Independent Exercise available on Wednesday 1/18. Join Bonnie, a licensed Zumba instructor, for AQUA ZUMBA, a high intensity but low-impact water exercise course designed to improve muscular strength, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular fitness. Non-swimming exercises will involve Latin-based dance steps and variations using Aqua Zumba dance vocabulary and music.
