• Provides an accurate inventory and assessment of the City’s Storm Drain network, including database and GIS elements, to support infrastructure planning; and
• Provides cost estimate and prioritization of capital improvements for the City’s Storm Drain network to meet existing deficiencies and future needs including compliance with the most current stormwater permit requirements; and
• Develop a framework and functional requirements to acquire an asset management system to collect and organize asset data for linear and non-linear infrastructure and City facilities and complement future master planning and budgeting efforts; and
• Evaluate existing funding and resources and develop implementation strategy including potential funding scenarios and financial mechanisms for capital improvements.
