Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration a Success!
2009 marks El Cerrito's twentieth consecutive annual celebration of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The theme for this year’s event was "Fulfill YOUR dream for a new era."
This year's Civil Rights Movie Night on Sunday, and the parade and rally on Monday, January 19, 2009 were a success. Thank you to everyone who planned, sponsored and participated in the celebration.
