Introduction to WebTrac™ Registration

Register yourself and your household members online for classes, programs and activities offered by the City of El Cerrito Recreation Department with WebTrac™ Online Registration. There is no additional charge for online registration, sign-up when it is convenient for you!

To view program activities you can login as a Guest.

To enroll in programs and pay online, register for an online account by creating a User Name and Password. If you registered for a class, program, membership or rental April 3, 2013 or later you have a temporary user name and password, which can be found at the top of your registration receipt. The first time you log in, enter your Household ID for both the User name and the Password. For your security, you will be prompted to change your user information.

If you do not have a receipt, registered before April 3, 2013 and do not know your user name and password, please contact us for assistance.

·Establishing a NEW Account

If you're a brand new patron with us, please register for a new account.
WebTrac™ accepts online payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express only).

·Activity Enrollment

1. Log-in Online registration will open in a new window.

2. Under the “Shop heading”, select “Activity Enrollment”

3.  Locate desired activity
a. Enter the Activity Number and Section # (do not enter section if you want to see all available times and dates); or
b. Choose criteria in at least one category: “Type”, “Days of Week”, and/or “Age”

4.  Select the Family Member

5.  Proceed to “Check Out”

6. Make payment with Visa, MasterCard or American Express


·Camp Registration: Summer and School Holiday Break Camps

1. Log-in Online registration will open in a new window.

2. Under the “Shop” heading, select “Day Camp Calendar”

3. Select the Child to Enroll

4. Select the Day Camp Location

    a. You can hold down "Ctrl" and click on multiple locations.  Different camp sites will appear as tabs above the calendar.
    
5. Select the Day Camp Sub Type (either camp or summer camp)

6. Select the Month & Year

7. Select View Calendar

8. Select the days you want to enroll in

9. Add to Cart

10. Read and agree to the Waiver

11. View Shopping Cart

12. Proceed to Check Out

13. Make payment with Visa, MasterCard or American Express


· Pass Registration: Tennis; Lap, Masters, Rec, & Family Swim; Water Aerobics; Youth Class Pass

1. Log-in Online registration will open in a new window.

2. Under the Shop heading, select Pass Registration

3. Select the pass type you would like to purchase

4. Select the family member for the pass

5. Add to cart

6. Read and agree to the Pass Waiver

7. Proceed to Check Out

8. Make payment with Visa, MasterCard or American Express


· Pass Renewal

1. Log-in Online registration will open in a new wiondow.

2. Under the Shop heading, select Pass Renewal

3. Select the pass you want to renew

4. Select Renew

5. Proceed to Check Out

6. Make a payment with Visa, MasterCard or American Express


· Facility Permit Request: Clubhouse, Community Center, Senior Center, & Swim Center Rentals

1. Log-in Online registration will open in a new window.

2. Under the Shop heading, select Facility Permit Request

3. Complete the requested information

4. Select Submit Permit Request


· Reserve a Picnic Area

1. Log-in Online registration will open in a new window.

2. Under the Search heading, select Facility Search

3. Enter the search criteria of your desired picnic rental

4. If an area is available it will be highlighted in green. Select by clicking the shopping cart.

5. Enter required information (purpose and headcount)

6. Select Add to Cart if the reservation information is correct

7. Proceed to Check Out

8. Make a payment with Visa, MasterCard or American Express

· Add a Family Member to Household

1. Log-in 

2. Under the My Account heading, select Change Member Data

3. Select Add Family Member and enter the required fields

· Reserve a Tennis Court

***You will not be able to reserve courts online without a current Tennis Permit or less than 3 days in advance.
 
1.  Log-in Online registration will open in a new window.

2. Click on “Browse Facilities” under the Quick Links Section.

3. Enter the appropriate information into the corresponding fields (* required information)
            a. Choose date*
            b. Head count 
                        i. Number of players on one court*
            c. Begin Time*
            d. Reservation Length*
            e. Type 
                        i. Select Tennis*
            f. Location 
                        i. Enter name of park where courts are located 
                        ii. Do not select if you want to reserve courts at more than one location

4. Click “Search”

5. This will bring you to the courts of your choice 
               a. Green available to reserve
                        i. Click on timeframe desired
               b. Red unavailable (will be red if trying to reserve less than 3 days in advance)

6. Enter Required Information
                a. Purpose – enter your last name or team name

7. Verify all information is accurate
                a. Click “Add to Cart” if correct
                b. Click “Back to Search” to change reservation detail

8. Choose:
                a. “Proceed to Check Out” if you have all the reservations you want in your shopping cart
                b. “Continue Shopping” to reserve additional courts
                            i. Repeat steps 2 through 7 until all courts you want to reserve are in your shopping cart

9. Verify all information is accurate
                a. Make sure Billing Information matches the credit card you are using
                b. Choose “Credit Card” in Credit Card Type Drop-Down List
                c. Click “Continue”

10. Verify all information is accurate
                a. Choose Card Type (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX only)
                b. Enter Credit Card Number and Expiration Date
                c. Click “Submit Payment”

11. Follow directions on page to choose how to receive your receipt
                a. You must have your receipt with you during your reservation

12. Please note that you cannot make cancellations or changes online.

Mail/Drop In/FAX
Print and mail-in or drop off the registration/waiver form. You may take this registration/waiver form to the Community Center located at 7007 Moeser Lane, El Cerrito CA 94530  or fax to (510) 528-9413.
