Fiscal Year 2013-14 Operating Budget
The City's annual budget is a planning tool that balances the resources and needs of the City. The Fiscal Year 2013-14 Operating Budget provides funding for all City services including police, fire, economic development, public works, building, planning, environmental and administrative services. While facing a number of economic challenges, the City continues to be committed to maintaining services and providing exemplary service to the public. 

Council Adoption
The City Council adopted the budget on June 18, 2013.  Copies are available for review at City Hall (upstairs in the City Clerk's Office) and the El Cerrito Library.

The public is always encouraged to participate throughout the budgeting process. You are encouraged to attend meetings of the City Council and the Financial Advisory Body and to share your comments. With continued citizen participation, City Council leadership, and the ongoing efforts of the City's dedicated employees, El Cerrito will continue to be a desirable place to live, play, shop and work.
