General Rules Regarding Our Rentals
Early admittance is not permitted. Please allow for set up in the time you request for your rental.
We will not be able to store items for you before your event.
Alcohol service is allowed by permit only.
Trampoline like devices, i.e. "Moon Walks" and inflatable bouncing gyms are not permitted.
Music must be off by 9pm and your rental must end by 10:30pm.
Picnic sites may be used from dawn until dusk. Music is NOT allowed at picnic sites.

Wedding November 2004
Conveniently located, the Community Center is available for rental by public and private groups on Saturdays and Sundays. With ample free parking, a recently renovated kitchen, and beautiful outdoor space, our Community Center offers great potential for your special event. The spacious hall has hard wood floors, cathedral ceilings, and large windows. We will happily provide your event with chairs and tables as a part of your rental fee.
The main dining room hosts up to 224 people in dining formation, with an optional adjoining room offering space for 66 more people. Music must be off by 9pm and rental must end by 10:30. Alcohol may be served by permit. A five-hour minimum rental time is required for Saturday Rentals.
Senior Center Social Hall
Seating up to 80 people, this facility is especially nice for luncheons, and anniversary or birthday parties The facility includes a fully equipped kitchen, patio and barbecue. The Senior Center is available for rental by public and private groups on Saturdays and Sundays.
El Cerrito Swim Center
The El Cerrito Swim Center is available for rental on weekends during selected times. Food and drink are allowed on the premises; however, alcohol, smoking and glass containers are prohibited. Clubhouses
Clubhouses are available for rental on weekends. Nestled in our city’s parks, the clubhouses are ideal locations for smaller events, and can host up to 15 to 53 people. A three-hour minimum rental time is required.
