The project will install gateway trailhead kiosks, trail entry signs, and trail directional markers within the Hillside Natural Area. The design plans and specifications for the signs will be based on the El Cerrito Trails Signage Plan. The project also included installation of trail entry stairs at the base of Motorcycle Hill, at the intersection of Blake and Navellier in 2017.
 
The project is funded by East Bay Regional Parks Measure WW funds.

Design is underway and installation of signs is anticipated in summer of 2019.
