10963 San Pablo Avenue

10963 San Pablo Avenue, San Pablo Avenue Apartments. The Design Review Board reviewed this project, which is at the southwest corner of San Pablo Avenue and Jefferson Street, at its April 4, 2018 hearing. The proposed five story building has 2,989 square feet for ground floor commercial uses and 50 residential units on the upper four floors. A range of studio units (4), one bedroom (20), two bedrooms (20) and three bedroom (6) units are proposed. A total of 34 parking spaces are included in the project, with 31 one of these being parking lifts. The Design Review Board continued the discussion of the project to May 2, 2018 in order to review requested design revisions to the project. The site is within the Transit Oriented Mid Intensity Mixed Use (TOMIMU) zoning district, and the application was submitted on June 29, 2017.

This project is a Tier II project under the San Pablo Avenue Specific Plan.

The project was presented to the Design Review Board on April 4, 2018. The Board received public comment, provided guidance to the applicant and continued the hearing to allow the applicant to respond to the information.
