Public Process

This project is a Tier IV project under the San Pablo Avenue Specific Plan. This means it requires action by the Planning Commission and Design Review Board.
The Design Review Board will discuss the project in a study session on May 1, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall.  No action will be taken on the project at this meeting.   

The entire application is available for review at 10890 San Pablo Avenue, City Hall, during normal business hours. The project planner is Carla Violet, Consulting Planner.
