ESSENTRICS® with Julie - As seen on PBS with Miranda Esmond-White! A full-body conditioning program that combines Pilates with elements of ancient traditions such as Tai Chi, and modern insights from kinesiology and neuroscience. Register here: ESSENTRICS with Julie
- Sunday and Wednesday classes: ESSENTRICS®: a full body workout for all ages and levels of fitness, designed to help develop greater strength, functional posture, improved range of motion in joints, flexibility in muscles, body awareness, control and coordination, all through natural human movement patterns. Leave this class feeling like you had a great workout, but also uplifted, loose, limber, and refreshed! **If you have taken the class live pre-COVID, this should feel familiar.
- Friday class: ESSENTRICS® at a gentler pace: a slower paced and softer workout aimed at relaxing our muscles and releasing tension, alleviating stress, and foregrounding the pain relieving benefits of this program. Class will still be a great workout, and it will still move, stretch, and strengthen all our muscles, and still help us develop strong injury-preventative posture and core strength, among other benefits, but it is a less physically strenuous class than the other two class options. **This class is performed using a chair (alternately sitting or using it as a prop from a standing position), and this is a great class option for those who would prefer or need to do some or all of the workout seated, for any reason.
