Campaign statements must be filed pursuant to the state Political Reform Act. The filing requirements are determined by the amount of money raised and spent and the type of filer (candidates, general purpose committees, ballot measure committees, petitions, independent expenditures, etc.). Please review information in the links listed below to determine specific filing obligations or to obtain information on filings for local candidates and committees.
