In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, if you need special assistance to participate in a City Council meeting, please contact the City Clerk at 510-215-4305 or  cityclerk@ci.el-cerrito.ca.us. Notification 48 hours prior to the meeting will enable the City to make reasonable arrangements to ensure accessibility to the meeting. (28 CFR 35.102-35.104 ADA Title I). 

Closed Captioning is available live during each meeting by accessing the zoom event listed on the meeting agenda. Requests for closed captioning on archived videos older than 2011 can be made by contacting the City Clerk. Such requests will be responded to within 2 business days and provide an estimated time-frame based on the details of the individual request.
