Out of an abundance of caution, the City Council meeting on March 17 will be limited to the first 40 members of the public to arrive. As usual, the City encourages public comment and input for this and all public meetings.
The public is strongly encouraged to submit comments in writing. All comments received by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday March 17, 2020 will be provided to the city council at the dais and considered before council action. Comments can be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or in person at City Hall, 2nd Floor reception (10890 San Pablo Avenue).
For those who choose to attend the meeting at City Hall, but are not able to enter Council Chambers, comment cards will be available from the City Clerk to provide written comments that will be read into the record.
We appreciate your flexibility as we navigate these uncharted waters.
