   The Ohlone Greenway BART Station Area Access, Safety and Placemaking (ASP) Improvements Project is intended to improve bicycle and pedestrian routes to transit, commercial nodes and housing; bring new vibrancy to a Priority Development Area to encourage housing development; and increase user safety and accessibility at the El Cerrito Plaza and El Cerrito del Norte BART Stations.
