  4. PLEASE REMEMBER the facility will NOT be open prior to the start time of your rental contract for you, your caterers, bands, decorators, etc.
  5. IS THIS A 501(c)3 ORGANIZATION? *
  6. WILL THERE BE ALCOHOL AT YOUR EVENT? (Only beer, wine and champagne may be served) *
  7. If the answer is yes, there is a $201 fee for the Alcohol Permit. In addition, if alcohol is sold or included and served as part of an admission price for the event, an Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) event permit license is required.
  8. For non-profit groups: A State Treasurer’s letter of non-profit status must accompany your initial payment (deposit and 50% of rental fees). Your event will be billed as a private event if proof of eligibility is not provided.
