  4. For non-profit groups: A State Treasurer's or IRS letter of non-profit status must accompany your initial payment (deposit and 50% of rental fees). Your event will be billed as a private event if proof of eligibility is not provided.
  5. If the answer is yes, there is a $201 fee for the Alcohol Permit. In addition, if alcohol is sold or included and served as part of an admission price for the event, an Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) event permit license is required.
