The City desires to contract for vehicle maintenance and repair services, including tracking, scheduling, performing and following up on all regular preventative maintenance work and needed repairs, for the various classifications, and makes/models of vehicles in the City’s Fleet, excluding Fire and Police vehicles. A list of existing City vehicles is attached herein and has been divided into bundles by vehicle type. Potential contractors may submit proposals for one or more bundles. The City maintains the right to award to one or more than one contractor and to award the bundles to contractor(s) based on the demonstrated best value to the City for each one of the bundles. These bundles are:
  • Bundle A: Passenger Vehicles, SUVs, and Light and Heavy Duty Trucks/Vans
  • Bundle B: Solid Waste (Recycling) Vehicles
  • Bundle C: On-and Off-Road Heavy Equipment
  • Bundle D: Fork Lifts
Questions and requests for clarifications should be submitted by email to staff on or before March 10 at 1 PM. Answers will be posted to website by November 17 at 5 PM.

Proposal packages are to be submitted to the City on or before March 24, 2021 at 3 p.m. Proposals received after the stated deadline shall not be accepted. Proposal packages are to be delivered by email to .
