The City of El Cerrito ("City") requests proposals from qualified companies or agencies (“Contractor”) to provide Electrical Traffic Control Devices and Lighting Maintenance and Repair Services for the City’s traffic signals, streetlighting, safety lighting, other electrical traffic control and other electrical work. Please find the Request for Proposal (RFP) attached here with summary information below.
Questions regarding this RFP are due by 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 21, 2021 and proposals are due by 2:00 pm, Tuesday, October 5, 2021.
The attached document, together with any addendum, will comprise the Request for Proposal (RFP). A copy of this Request for Proposal will be available online at www.el-cerrito.org/bids.aspx. All written addenda related to this procurement will be also be posted to this site.
The resulting contract from this RFP will be for a term of three (3) years with a possibility of three (3) additional one (1) year extensions. The term is intended to commence on January 1, 2022.
